A week after receiving the token gift of IDLES concerts aorund Europe, their compatriots and fellow post-punk band Yard Act have announced a huge UK and European tour for the months of March & April 2024.
The Leeds-based band, who released their new single “The Trench Coat Museum” earlier this summer, are also promising a follow-up to their Mercury Prize-nominated debut album The Overload (2022). To support the new album, they will be touring the UK and Europe, starting with 11 dates in the UK and Ireland. They will then visit continental Europe for up to 18 shows on a tour that begins in Nantes on 4 April and ends in Brussels on 28 April.
As far as Spain is concerned, James Smith‘s band will be playing at the Sala Mon in Madrid on Tuesday 9th April and at La 2 de Apolo in Barcelona on Thursday 11th April, thanks to the promoters Primavera Sound, who made it possible for us to enjoy the band at the last edition of the festival.
Tickets for the Spanish concerts will go on sale at DICE from Friday 29th September at 11:00am for 22€ + booking fee.
