After revealing a good part of its line-up last November, the Sónar 2025 organization has just confirmed a second batch of more than 50 names, completing the line-up for its 32nd edition, which will take place in Barcelona from June 12 to 14.
Among the highlights of this new round of confirmations are a second performance by Nathy Peluso in a special format for the presentation of the remix EP ‘Club Grasa‘, the presence of one of the new spearheads of English rap as Pa Salieu, or the shows of local artists Mushka and Alizzz. Other names that stand out in this batch are Sega Bodega, Dengue Dengue Dengue Dengue, a tribute to Ryuichi Sakamoto (who died in 2023) by Alva Noto, and Matthew Herbert’s return to the festival with his Herbert & Momoko project with Momoko Gill.
As a result, Sónar 2025 will feature 117 performances spread across the 10 stages of Sónar by Day and Sónar by Night, highlighting previously confirmed names such as Plastikman, Arca, Polo & Pan, Eric Prydz, Bicep, Max Cooper, Four Tet, Yerai Cortés, Maria Arnal, Barry Can’t Swim or the b2b of Skrillez with Blawan and Armin van Buuren with Indira Paganotto.
Tickets for Sónar 2025 are now on sale through the festival’s official website, with prices ranging from €225 (+ booking fee) for the SonarPass to the various day tickets or passes for both Sónar by Day and Sónar by Night.
