After years of tweeting at each other and sniping at each other in various interviews, it looks like we may soon have what seemed impossible…an Oasis tour!!!!
On Saturday, The Sunday Times kicked off the rumour mill when it reported that there was ‘music industry talk’ of Oasis touring in 2025 with up to 10 shows at London’s Wembley Stadium and a couple of shows at Manchester’s Heaton Park. It didn’t take long for Liam Gallagher to respond via his Active X account (formerly Twitter) with messages such as ‘I don’t know anything‘ and ‘You’re scared…. How do you think I feel?‘ before dedicating ‘Half The World Away‘ to his brother Noel Gallagher minutes later to close his Reeding Festival set.

To add to the hype, Oasis have released a teaser that they will be announcing something big tomorrow, 27 August at 8am. While many are talking about what could be the first reunion of the Mancunian brothers in 15 years, others are downplaying the hype with the possibility that the announcement has to do with the 30th anniversary of ‘(What’s The Story) Morning Glory’ and the possibility of releasing some commemorative material…
What do you think?
