Canada’s Sum 41, who announced their split in May 2023 after more than 27 years as a band, have just announced new UK and European dates for their farewell tour, just days before they perform in Madrid as part of the Mad Cool Festival 2024 line-up.
Deryck Whibley’s band will perform at the WiZink Center in Madrid on 19th November as part of Tour Of The Setting, and the following day, 20th November, at the Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona, with British band Neck Deep as support act. As Whibley himself says: ” We are really excited to announce shows in the UK and Europe later this year. This forms another leg of our last-ever shows and our fans overseas have been incredible to us over the years, so we can’t wait to put on on the best show of our lives and go out on a high ”
Tickets for both shows, priced at €45 (+ booking fee), will go on sale on 12th July at 12:00pm via Livenation, Ticketmaster and El Corte Inglés, although there will be a pre-sale of tickets exclusively for Livenation users, available from 10th July at 10:00am.
