Following their recent visit to Barcelona and Madrid as headliners of Primavera Sound 2023, Depeche Mode have today announced a European tour that will include 4 dates in Spain. Dave Gahan and Martin Gore’s band present their latest album Memento Mori. (2023), the first since the death of the band’s other legendary member, Andrew Fletcher, they will perform on 29 new cities accross Europe. These new European tour dates begin on January 22, 2024 at London’s O2 Arena and conclude on April 5 after several nights at the Lanxess Arena in Cologne, Germany.
In the case of Spain, the band led by Dave Gaham will be playing on the 12th and 14th March at the WiZink Centre in Madrid, on 16th March at the Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona and finally on 21st March at the Bizkaia Arena in Bilbao.
The tour kicks off in London on 22 January and ends in Cologne on 5 April. The band will play 29 concerts in up to 14 countries. In addition, according to the band’s own press release, they have partnered with watchmaker Hublot to support the band’s charitable efforts through the Conservation Collective, a global network of foundations that support grassroots environmental initiatives, with a focus on projects aimed at combating plastic pollution, waste management and environmental clean-up.
Tickets for the concerts in Spain will go on sale on 17 July at 10:00 a.m. on Livenation, while the general sale will begin on 19 July at the same time on Livenation, Ticketmaster and El Corte Inglés.
