Just over a month after the first names were announced for the Barcelona edition of the event, Concert Studio, the promoter and organiser of the festival, has just surprised everyone by announcing that in 2024 there will be another edition of the festival Alma Festival in Madrid and the first names for its line-up will be announced on 28 November..
For now, it is known that the festival will take place from 30 May to 17 June in the capital’s Tierno Galván Park, while the Barcelona edition will be held from 24 June to 21 July. The organisation of this edition in the Madrid capital will be in the hands of La Carbonería, a company founded by Carlos Jean and Oscar Aranzueque, and according to the festival’s director Martín Pérez “In both cities, it will maintain its identity as a boutique festival with a high-quality, eclectic programme. The inclusion of Madrid as the venue for the 2024 edition is a unique opportunity to bring the uniqueness of this festival to a wider audience and to showcase the richness of a festival like ours in two of Spain’s most important cities. It is a natural growth for the festival, which could be held in other cities in the future. The arrival in Madrid is only the first chapter of what is to come in the future”.
