Robert Smith, the legendary leader of The Cure, has decided to pay tribute to Ride to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the release of their debut album Nowhere. One of the greatest hits of Bell and Gardener, "Vapour Trail" was the chosen song and we must say that this version is quite faithful to the original, keeping the shoegaze touches but with the distinctive voice of Robert Smith. Besides the tribute singer of The Cure, Ride, which this year have toured several European festivals such as Primavera Sound and Best Kept Secret Festival, have decided to launch a special edition of Nowhere for next November 6, which includes the EP's Today and Forever Fall, notes written by Andy Bell and photographs of their recent concert in London.
