Just two weeks over it will be available on stores new LP by Editors, the band has just shared on Play It Again Sam (alternative platform by PIAS) a new song that will be included on their fifth studio album, In Dream. The song is titled "The Law" and on it you can find the collaboration on the voices of Slowdive's Rachel Goswell, creating in the chorus a kind of dialogue which highlights the difference between the hoarse voice of Tom Smith and Rachel's sweet contribution. According to the singer and band leader, the conceptual idea of this new song "was being as closer to I Got You Babe’ as [they] are ever gonna get", although at first listening it seems a somewhat beyond comparison moreover the voices on chorus with that initial instrumental contribution of cymbals on the drums and close to shoegaze effects on the guitar.
